Baby Update

Warning: This post will mostly be the rambling of a very tired, very pregnant woman. Be warned.

I think this pregnancy has been ignored a little. It's not that we're not excited, because we are! There's just been so many other things going on that it's been put on the back burner. But with only three weeks it's time to focus! I went to the dr. today and she said everything looks great. For multiple reasons, including baby size and distance from the hospital, she suggested scheduling an induction at 39 weeks. I went past my due date with both Brayden and Tawny and they were both huge! So we'll see if I make it to 39 weeks, which I think I will. I'd prefer not to be induced, but I'd also prefer to not deliver a 9.5 lb baby. ;)

I've been surprised at how different this pregnancy has been than my other two: very little morning sickness, swelling, indigestion or discomfort. In fact, even now at 36 weeks I regularly "forget" I'm pregnant, only to be reminded when I walk by a mirror. That is not a pleasant surprise. I feel like the Lord knew how much I could handle with everything else going on and chose to lighten my load. It has truly been a tender mercy over the last 8 months.

So only three weeks to go! I still haven't even picked out a name yet. Any suggestions?

The names that we like are;
Liam
Noah
Aiden
Carsyn
Channing
Collin
Cooper
Efrem
Braxton
Nicholas

Those are just a few that we like. Good luck choosing a name because I think that would be so hard. I can't imagine have to choose out of the hundreds of millions. Let us know if we can do anything for you! Love you guys!

I was thinking you were due soon. I hate the last month of pregnancy. Its the toughest for me. I am a big fan of being induced at 39 weeks. My first was a 9.5 pounder as well. Bryce was so much easier and smaller. Induction + epidural is my favorite birthing plan.

So glad to see that you made it home and all is well! How did Greg do with the kids in the car? We miss your family already.
