Advice?

I stubbed my toe pretty badly today, and a good section of the nail separated from my toe. It only bled a little bit, but leaked a clear fluid for most of the day. It's been 12 hours and it is still constantly throbbing. Has anyone ever had this happen? Any idea what I should do about it? I really don't want to lose my toenail (duh, who would?).

We're Alive!!

I'm officially settled in. They came an hooked up my internet today. Finally!! I have essentially been without internet since we moved. Almost three weeks. It felt like so much longer, especially because I work from home and needed internet access desperately. All is well. I wasn't intentionally ignoring my blogging.

SO what have we been doing the last few weeks you ask? Hmmm... let's see....

Having so much fun we fall asleep before we get dressed...

Made lots of messes...

Went to work with daddy...

Ate popsicles...(in footie jammies. Makes lots of sense huh?)
And made more messes.

Not pictured is the flu we all got. I thought you would spare you. We all took turns so it lasted over 2 weeks. I was the second to get and the last to get better. Luckily the kids were only sick a few days each. It's nearly impossible to take care of sick kids when you feel half dead yourself.
Also not pictured are many family get togethers. It is so great to see family all the time, I just never have my camera. I'll have to do something about that.

Home Again

I am back in Blythe. All is right in the world. We moved in on Monday and have been so busy since. Unpacking, working, and catching up with old friends has been great. And have I mentioned the weather? High 60's, low 70's. It so beautiful I could almost cry (if I were the crying type). For those of you in cold country, don't get too jealous. Just wait until July when it's 120. It all averages out.

We ended up not getting the house we wanted with the fabulous kitchen. The owners had some problems with their new house and had to push the availability date back to March. But the one we have works for now.

Yesterday we went up to Vegas. My mom bought tickets for me, Greg, my dad and two brothers to go see The Phantom of the Opera. It was incredible! Not only did she buy the tickets, but she also stayed home to watch my kids. What a great mom. Then this morning we went to the temple and did some sealings for family names. Again, my brother watched my kids so both Greg and I could go. It is so great having family so close. We're on our way home, exhausted, but we had such a great time.
