Happy Fourth!

We had a great 4th of July! We went up to Seattle for the weekend. Greg flew back from cali and it was so good to see him again. The kids had such a great time. I was feeling crafty and made them both shirts for the special day. Well, I made Tawny's and decorated a plain white tee for Brayden. Close enough right?

such cuties!
We played with bubbles in the afternoon and they both really loved it.
sparklers at night
Tawny had an outfit change due to an accident. It was cold and I had only brought her one pair of pants so we had to improvise: princess jammies, daddy's socks and Brayden's shoes. Quite the fashion statement!
This was probably the best of all- sitting on Grandpa's lap and and smarties. It doesn't get much better than that.

So glad to hear that you are home safely and swimming to stay cool. Thank you so very much for all you did for the family while you were here. You are such a blessing to all and I know Terry and Elaine are so thankful that you could come. I will miss getting to see you all when I go up to Royal, but I will always cherish the memories of getting ready for Chase's graduation and the homecoming of Terry and Elaine. Thanks for letting me be a part of all of that. I love you all, Aunt Ellen PS Adena, tell your parents that I said thank you to them for helping this all happen. Be sure and let us know when the wee one arrives and good luck with your labor and delivery.
