As many of you know, potty training Brayden has been and on and off thing. But we had a breakthrough on monday!! It started like any other day. I got him dressed(with a diaper and everything) and was in my room working when I heard a bunch of noise coming from the bathroom. Brayden had found the stool, dragged it into the bathroom, taken off his diaper and was using the toilet on of his own accord. It might have possibly been the happiest moment of my life. He told me,"Mommy, I'm big and can do it all by myself. I don't need any help. It's no big deal". I'm so glad he came to that conclusion. He's had no accidents since and needed no prompting or reminding. He acts like he's been potty trained for months. Like he said, he doesn't need any help. So AWESOME.
It's way too premature to say he's potty trained or anything, but I'll take what I can get.

YEA for Brayden!!!! I hated potty training with a passion. Leah would be fine for like 2 weeks and then we'd digress and have accidents everywhere for like a week. And then she'd be fine for another two weeks. Anyway, it took us from Christmas Eve until May...and for me to finally stop freakin' out about accidents. Once I relaxed, she did too and never had any other problems (except at night sometimes).
I'm way impressed with how well he has done! Now you just need to get more toys....
