Thanksgiving

We had my brother Brian and his wife Kaylyn over for Thanksgiving and had lots of fun. While I was cooking I guess I wan't paying very much attention to Brayden. He asked for a snack and I told him to get himself some pretzels or goldfish. He asked me something about how much and I muttered "whatever you want". I was in the middle of cooking a cheesecake and didn't want to measure something wrong. So Brayden got a snack and went to watch a movie. When I got to a good breaking point I went to check on him and this is what I found:

He had filled a PITCHER full of snacks. It's my fault I guess. I told him he could have whatever he wanted. I guess that was it. I think I should be a little more specific next time.

Brayden had made a indian hat at preschool on Friday and wanted to make one for everyone to wear on Thanksgiving. I meant to get a picture of everyone in their indian headdresses, but I only got one of Tawny.

It's okay though. I'm sure she looked better in hers than the rest of us. She looks like she could be an extra in a Peter Pan movie. A really cute extra!

Ah... I finally got a set of SMALL disposable ziploc containers that are our "snack cups". The kids know they can pull one out and fill it up and that mom won't freak out :)
Thanks again for letting us stay with you! We have been playing with the easel! Em is having so much fun drawing on it with the markers - thanks for being willing to part with one!
